I would like to support Ogallala Public Transit
with an 8 1/2 x 11 inch ad to be placed inside the bus at a
cost of $10.00 per month. I agree to pay for:

Month ($10.00)
Three
Months ($30.00)
Six
Months ($60.00)
One
Year ($120.00)
I will provide a computer generated ad on a
landscaped sheet of 8 1/2 by 11' paper (Public Transit will
have it laminated to their specifications) or a poster weight
placard with my ad on it which will be placed in one of the
vehicles used for public transportation within 5 days of receipt
of ad. I may withdraw or change the ad at any time.
No refunds will be give for partially used 30 day periods.
Billing will be from the first of each calendar month.
