Discussion was held in regards to 215 East 7th Street, a house owned by Charlotte Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was given a very generous timetable in the spring to try and bring the house into compliance, after she had completed renovating the home she lives in now, which is located next door. It appears that nothing has been done to the house since the earlier meeting. Chief Kling advised that he would contact Mrs. Johnson and see what her immediate plans are for the house.
No further business to come before the Board, Foy made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Johnson. Voting Yes: Bassett, Kling, Foy, Johnson, and Heelan. Voting No: None. Absent: None. Motion Carried.
Next Meeting is Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
Meeting adjourned at 7:16 P.M.
Secretary Dave Kling
