The Ogallala Police Department receives many requests for patches. Due to the increased cost of these patches the OPD has implemented the following guidelines for patch requests:

• OPD will trade with law enforcement agencies or current or former employees of law enforcement agencies for patches 

• The person requesting a patch must send one of their department patches, as well as a self addressed stamped envelope 

• Once received, the OPD will send by return mail, one of our patches

• E-mails, phone calls, or other methods of requests are not within the guidelines outlined
