Community Development in Ogallala is truly a community undertaking.  Four organizations, the City of Ogallala, the Community Redevelopment Authority, Keith County Area Development, and the Ogallala/Keith County Chamber of Commerce have partnered to address the area’s community development needs.  The continuity that is achieved by these partnerships has enabled Ogallala to work towards common goals and objectives.
