OGALLALA YOUTH COMMITTEE

The Ogallala Youth Committee (OYC) is a board of the City of Ogallala formed to help provide activities and education for the youth of Ogallala.

The Committee meets monthly, on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 noon at the City Hall council chambers. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Current board members are Mary Dickinson (chair), Marcie Ferretti, Linda Waldhelm (treasurer). Chrissa Schlake and Jim Jeffers.

Ogallala Youth Committee, in partnership with community stakeholders,
is committed to providing positive, safe, and healthy activities and information
to empower families and individuals to make healthy choices.

Vision

For all youth of our community to have the opportunity to engage in activities which help develop strong moral values, healthy lifestyles, and a sense of community.
